For a perfect exit guide hole every time, invest in a1/8 x12 inch drill bit and a small block of oak.  Drill the oak on your drill press at the desired angle you are looking for.  Lay the block down on the fuselage and drill the exit hole.  The block shown is for a Sullivan .032 cable.
