Lester Smith brought in a ME109 built from a Midwest Kit. The kit has been discontinued so we do not have much info to report but here it is in all its glory. Still hasn’t been flown but that will happen this spring.

Wing span: 64 inches, fixed landing gear, thunder tiger 54 four stroke engine, fuselage length: 51 inches. The ME 109E is covered in monocote and has a 6 channel Futaba radio using 4 channels. Smitty wants to fly it this Spring and I am sure there are plently of guys waiting in the wings, ready to help. Nice looking plane Smitty.
